All hands. All Heart.

Dong, the owner, wearing a gray baseball cap backwards and a dark t-shirt inside a lively bar or restaurant with patrons sitting and a TV screen in the background.

After 25+ years in the corporate grind, Dong walked away to chase something real—a better lifestyle, a tighter community, and a space built around what he loves most: great beer, bold food, and bringing people together.

That passion poured straight into Prime Tap House—his vision for a place where flavor meets fun, and every day feels a little less like work and a lot more like living.

The Heart Behind Prime

Dong and Christine are the foundation of it all—partners in life, partners in business, and the heartbeat of Prime. Dong brings the fire: bold flavors, big vision, always-on energy. Christine brings the balance: quiet strength, sharp instincts, and deep roots in what matters most—family, culture, and care.

Together, they’ve built something rare: a business that feels like home, and a place where every pint and plate carries a little bit of love.

It’s not just a family-run business—it’s a full-on family-powered movement.

The next generation of Prime is stepping up—and bringing real flavor, culture, and heart with them.

Nikki, sharing his dad’s passion for cooking, has been instrumental in creating many of Prime’s bold flavors. He’s the force behind specials like our weekend brunches, and he’s deeply connected to the community—especially through his involvement in White Lotus night markets.

Maddy helped shape the soul of Prime. From team culture to hospitality vibes, she played a huge role in developing what makes this place feel like home. Even with a full-time career outside the taproom now, you’ll still catch her behind the bar from time to time, pouring with heart.

Isaac, at just 19, is already making his mark in the kitchen—focused, dependable, and hungry to learn. He’s all about mastering the craft, one shift at a time.

Together, they’re shaping the future of Prime—one pour, one plate, and one family shift at a time.

Prime doesn’t run on autopilot—it runs on people. Our crew is the heartbeat of this place: pouring with purpose, cooking with pride, and always down to serve up a damn good time.

They’re not just here to take orders—they’re here to make your day. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, our team’s got you. From perfectly poured pints to plates that hit just right, they’re all about bringing the vibes, the flavor, and the community spirit that makes Prime feel like home.

Big shoutout to the team—you’re the real MVPs.
