This one’s a full-blown flavor banger. We start with a 3.5 oz smashed beef patty, seared to perfection and dripping with melty American cheese. Then comes the kicker: our house-made spicy pineapple jam — a bold East-meets-West collab inspired by Thai and Lao Jeow Som. We’re talkin’ roasted jalapeño, charred garlic, fresh cilantro, and pineapple bringing that sweet-tangy heat, no added sugar needed. It’s funky, fiery, and straight-up addictive.
